Erasmus scholarships for university staff for training at the University of Oradea (Romania)
Teaching and administrative staff of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia can apply for an Erasmus grant to spend a training period by the end of July 2018 at Babeș-Bolyai University (Romania).
The Erasmus grant covers travel costs (up to 275 EUR for a two-way ticket to Romania) and a per diem of 140 EUR (980 EUR in total). The total amount of the grant is 1255 EUR.
Erasmus staff training periods supports the professional development of HEI teaching and non-teaching staff in the form of training events abroad (excluding conferences) and job shadowing/observation periods/training at a partner HEI.
Where and in which format the training will take place?
The training is constituted by two components: 1) general presentation of Babeș-Bolyai University and its international activities; 2) meetings with teaching/administrative staff of your sphere of interest.

Which are the linguistic requirements to participate?
Candidates should have a good knowledge of English (B1 level)

Evaluation of the applications
The applications will be evaluated according to the following criteria:

Previous experience and relevance of the activities carried out at home institution with those of the receiving institution (50%)
